I purchased a GPS one year ago and unfortunately the audio was very quiet, so much so that when going down the freeway you had to strain to hear it. Now mind you, I had this GPS for just short of a year and then remembered that I had purchased a warranty for it...I contacted Square Trade and the gentleman was so very courteous, kind, understanding, I actually felt like I was talking to a friend. I sent them the GPS as requested(Square Trade even paid for shipping) and within 2 weeks I had EVERY cent I had spent for the GPS REFUNDED to me. You cannot get better than that!! Thanks so very much Square Trade.
